Therapy for Adults Ready for Transformational Change

Individual Therapy

A space to discover who you are and become who you’re meant to be.

Individual therapy at Octagon Therapy is designed for adults who want to work deeply.
Using AEDP, somatic awareness, and relational attunement, we work to:

  • Uncover and process unresolved trauma (developmental, relational, attachment)

  • Transform long-standing emotional patterns

  • Shift survival strategies that no longer serve you

  • Build a coherent, grounded sense of self

  • Create new relational patterns that align with the life you want

  • Develop internal clarity and emotional integrity

  • Increase your capacity for aliveness, connection, and authenticity

This is not surface-level, insight-only therapy.
It is embodied, emotionally present work that unfolds moment by moment.

Investment:
• 50-minute session: $225

Therapy for Therapists

Doing your own deep work makes you a more effective healer.

I work with many therapists, coaches, and healers who want:

  • a place to bring their own attachment wounds

  • a space to process vicarious trauma

  • deeper access to their emotional experience

  • support during burnout, identity shifts, or imposter feelings

  • help facing the parts of themselves they can’t meet alone

  • a relational experience that is steady, honest, and unafraid

You cannot take clients somewhere you haven’t gone.
This work helps you embody the attunement, presence, and self-energy you try to offer others.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision grounded in presence, emotional attunement, and skilled experiential work.

I offer supervision for therapists who:

  • want to deepen their AEDP framework

  • need support navigating emotional intensity in sessions

  • want to strengthen their relational presence

  • are transitioning into trauma work

  • want clarity around identity dynamics in the therapy room

  • desire more confidence in affect facilitation

  • want to integrate experiential, moment-to-moment work into sessions

Supervision is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in real cases, real sessions, and real therapeutic encounters — not just theory.

Investment:
• 60-min session: $200

Therapy for Professional Athletes

Where internal coherence meets external performance.

Therapy for athletes goes far beyond “mental toughness.”
This work helps you explore:

  • the emotional toll of high-performance environments

  • identity struggles that surface through injury or transition

  • pressure, visibility, and expectation

  • the loneliness that often comes with elite achievement

  • patterns that help you excel — and patterns that cost you

We work to build psychological flexibility, grounded self-leadership, and a relationship with yourself that is not defined solely by performance.

Therapeutic Jiujitsu (coming soon)

A mind–body approach to healing and personal transformation.

These trauma-informed groups will integrate:

  • somatic awareness

  • relational attunement

  • experiential emotional work

  • the physical discipline and philosophy of jiujitsu

Participants will practice boundaries, agency, attunement, controlled challenge, and nervous system regulation through guided, embodied movement.

No prior jiujitsu experience is required.

Public Speaking Engagements

I offer speaking for:

  • teams and organizations

  • conferences

  • leadership groups

  • churches

  • mental health and wellness communities

Topics often include emotional resilience, trauma and healing, relational health, the psychology of performance, men’s mental health, and how to cultivate grounded presence in high-stakes environments.

Talks are clear, embodied, and deeply human — combining clinical depth with accessible insight.
