Your first session is an opportunity for us to meet, understand what brings you here, and begin the process of discovering where your system wants to go.

    I do not offer free consultations, discovery calls, or screening calls.

    The work begins in the room, not on the phone. Your first session is the best context to understand your experience, your system, and what you’re seeking — not a 10-minute call.

    When you’re ready to begin, you may schedule an intake session directly.

  • Your intake session is a full clinical session, not a questionnaire.

    We explore:

    • what brings you in

    • what hurts, confuses, or feels stuck

    • how your system organizes around threat, shame, or emotion

    • your relational patterns and internal strategies

    • what kind of work you’re longing for

    Most importantly, we begin the therapeutic process immediately.

    You will not be telling your life story from a distance — we will be working with what emerges right there in the room.

  • Yes, I am in network with BCBS PPO and select HMO’s such BCBS HMO Duly, BCBS HMO Northwestern, BCBS HMO Illinois Health Partners, BCBS HMO Endeavor, BCBS HMO Northshore, BCBS HMO Edwards/Elmhurst, BCBS HMO Pathways and Aetna.

  • No, sorry. I am too much of a morning person and my weekends are for my family.

  • I provide experiential, emotion-focused, attachment-based trauma therapy, grounded primarily in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy).

    My work is relational, somatic, and deeply attuned to the moment-to-moment experience in the room.

    This is not insight-only therapy or symptom management. It is identity-level, transformational work.

  • Depending on availability, I take on a limited number of new clients.

    Because this work is intensive, my caseload stays intentionally small.

  • It’s normal to feel cautious before beginning deep work.

    If part of you is hesitating and part of you is drawn in, that’s a meaningful starting point.

    Many clients begin exactly there.

  • Yes, I have a limited number of spots I reserve for sliding scale clients and currently they are full.
